What We''re Looking ForHands-on Braze experience in CRM campaign management is essentialProven experience delivering CRM campaigns end to end across multiple communication channels.Background in fintech, e-commerce or direct-to-consumer businesses is essentialStrong analytical skills and experience evaluating campaign performance.Ability to create reports, interpret data and recommend improvements using Excel or Google Sheets.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience managing multiple campaigns in a high-volume environment.Ability to work independently, take ownership and deliver results with limited guidance.
