The role You''ll take ownership of marketing automation activity across prospect and customer journeys, ensuring campaigns are well planned, effectively executed and continually optimised. Key responsibilities Manage and optimise automated marketing campaigns and customer journeys. Develop nurture programmes across key prospect and customer touchpoints. Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Use automation and emerging technology to improve lead management and engagement. Produce regular performance reporting against agreed targets. Plan and implement testing programmes to improve campaign performance.
