CRM Automation Manager

We''re working with an established organisation that is looking to strengthen its digital marketing function with the appointment of an experienced CRM Automation Manager.

The role

You''ll take ownership of marketing automation activity across prospect and customer journeys, ensuring campaigns are well planned, effectively executed and continually optimised.

You''ll work closely with marketing, sales, digital and other internal stakeholders to improve lead management, customer engagement and overall marketing performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise automated marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
• Develop nurture programmes across key prospect and customer touchpoints.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Use automation and emerging technology to improve lead management and engagement.
• Produce regular performance reporting against agreed targets.
• Plan and implement testing programmes to improve campaign performance.
• Develop automated communication across multiple customer touchpoints and channels.
• Improve the quality and effectiveness of leads passed to commercial teams.
• Work with internal stakeholders to improve customer engagement and retention.
• Regularly review and maintain marketing data, ensuring strong data quality and segmentation.
• Support the development of integrations between marketing, CRM and other business systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and technology.
• Keep up to date with developments across marketing technology and automation.
• Work with senior marketing stakeholders to support wider growth objectives.

About you

We''re looking for someone with strong experience in marketing automation and campaign management, ideally within a commercially focused environment.

You''ll need:

• Strong hands-on experience across marketing automation and CRM technology.
• Experience managing automated customer and prospect journeys.
• Good understanding of lead scoring, segmentation and attribution.
• Experience working with CRM and marketing technology integrations.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-led approach to decision making.
• Experience using testing and optimisation to improve campaign performance.
• An interest in AI and emerging marketing technology.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach with the confidence to challenge existing processes and suggest new ideas.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against deadlines.
