You''ll be responsible for managing your own ledger, maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring payments are collected efficiently, while working closely with colleagues across the business to resolve queries and support the wider finance function. Duties and responsibilities will include: Managing your own portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring outstanding invoices are collected in a timely manner Chasing overdue payments by telephone and email while maintaining positive customer relationships Investigating and resolving invoice and payment queries Allocating incoming payments and maintaining accurate customer account records Producing customer statements and supporting the sales ledger function Monitoring aged debt and escalating any concerns where appropriate Liaising with internal departments to resolve account discrepancies Assisting with bank reconciliations and cash allocation Supporting month-end activities and providing assistance to the wider finance team when required To ..... full job details .....
