Credit Controller (Temp-to-Perm)We are seeking a proactive Credit Controller to join our finance team on a temp-to-perm basis, with an immediate start available. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to make an immediate impact while working towards a permanent position.Key ResponsibilitiesChase outstanding payments by phone and email.Manage customer accounts and resolve payment queries.Investigate and resolve invoice disputes with Account Managers and internal teams.Set up payment plans where required.Escalate overdue accounts when necessary.Support month-end finance activities.Complete daily banking reconciliations.Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.Skills and ExperiencePrevious credit control experience preferred.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Good organisational skills and attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Sage.Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.Professional and customer-focused approach.This is a temp-to-perm opportunity and candidates must be available to start ..... full job details .....
