With continued growth and a strong focus on maintaining positive client relationships, the business is now looking for a proactive and commercially minded Credit Controller to join its finance team and take responsibility for managing customer accounts and ensuring outstanding payments are collected efficiently and professionally.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWhile in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to:Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information.Monitoring debtor ledgers on a daily basis, identifying overdue balances and prioritising collection activity accordingly.Contacting customers by telephone, email, and other appropriate methods to secure outstanding payments.Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers while taking a professional and firm approach to debt collection.Investigating and resolving invoice queries, payment discrepancies, and account disputes in collaboration with internal teams.Working closely with sales, operations, and finance colleagues to resolve issues and support timely payment.Allocating incoming payments ..... full job details .....
