Ready to take the next step in your career with a supportive and expanding business?We''re working with a well-established and growing company who are looking to add a Credit Control Administrator to their finance team.DescriptionThe key responsibilities of a Credit Control Administrator will include:Supporting the Credit Controller by contacting customers via phone and email in line with established procedures for overdue payments.Manage incoming calls relating to enquiries and ledger queries, ensuring a professional and helpful response.Liaise with third-party providers by preparing and submitting claims within required timeframes.Assist in the recovery of arrears.Respond promptly and professionally to all credit control-related enquiries from both internal departments and tenants.Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records, reflecting any changes in circumstances such as solicitor involvement, payment arrangements, or updated contact information.Prepare credit control letters and documents, manage filing, and provide general assistance to the accounts department as required.ProfileA successful Credit Control Administrator will be:Previous experience in a Credit Control or Finance administrationCompetent in dealing with people face to face and over the telephoneAbility to manage own time effectively, including organising and prioritising workload.Thrives in a busy environment.Flexible approach and positive attitude.Excellent communication skills.Methodical, systematic, accurate and highly organised.Friendly, helpful and pleasant manner, willing to learn, assist and advise.Enthusiastic and committed approach.Excellent numerical and literacy skills in order to undertake a range of tasks.Job OfferA salary range of £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experienceHybrid working opportunitiesGenerous holiday allowanceGenuine opportunities to progress and develop a career in finance within a thriving industry and supportive teamModern office with good transport linksPension and other employee ..... full job details .....
