We are looking for a Credit and Collections Analyst who will be responsible for the creation and analysis of aged debt reports and the collection of debt within the Credit Control team.Responsibilities
Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtorsEvaluating new credit requests and reviewing customers’ credit rankings with banksSetting up of terms and conditions of creditEnsuring timely payment of debtsFollowing up payments as neededResponding to relevant client enquiriesProcessing and reconciliation of invoicesChecking and posting of receipts to accounting systemsOther reporting as and when requiredCredit ControlUpdating of master data informationNew account applicationsNew address / account set upOther ad-hoc duties when neededCredit Control experience in a fast-moving corporate environmentPrevious experience of working in a finance teamExcel SkillsKnowledge of OracleExperience of working a multi-currency transactional environmentKnowledge of Incorta ReportingQualifications / Skills
