Job Description:

We are partnering with primary schools in the Dartford area that need reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support their teaching teams. As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom to help maintain a calm, productive learning environment during teacher absences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons and managing behaviour effectively
• Supporting pupils to complete their work to the best of their ability while teachers are away
• Reporting any concerns or feedback to senior staff
• Working with different year groups across the primary phase
• Being a positive and approachable presence for pupils and staff

What we''re looking for:

• Experience as a Cover Supervisor or similar classroom support role
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confidence in leading lessons and engaging young learners
• A flexible, proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Availability for full-time or part-time roles
