We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors for September to provide both day-to-day and long-term support within our partner schools.

The role of a Cover Supervisor includes:

• Delivering set lessons across KS3 and KS4 in the absence of the class teacher

• Managing classroom behaviour and keeping students engaged and focused

• Providing guidance and encouragement to pupils during their lessons

• Working flexibly across different year groups and departments

• Creating a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• A CACHE Level 2/3 qualification OR at least 6 months classroom experience

• Confidence and resilience to manage classes of students aged 11–16

• Good communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships

• Flexibility to adapt quickly to different subjects and school settings
