Are you a confident, reliable, and adaptable individual looking to gain classroom experience in secondary schools? We are currently seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work on a daily supply basis across a range of vibrant and diverse schools in the Lambeth area.

As a Cover Supervisor, you''ll step into classrooms across various schools, delivering pre-prepared lessons and maintaining classroom behaviour in the absence of the regular teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced cover supervisors looking to work flexibly and build classroom experience.

• Supervise lessons across a variety of subjects and year groups

• Ensure a positive and focused classroom environment

• Manage student behaviour in line with school policies

• Follow lesson plans provided by the class teacher

• Provide feedback to teaching staff where necessary

• Experience working with young people (e.g. youth work, tutoring, teaching assistant, coaching)

• Strong classroom management skills

• Adaptability and a professional attitude

• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one

• Availability at short notice is advantageous

• Competitive daily rates: -100 - -115 per day
