Full Time Permanent RoleLocation - Covering London / National TravelCompetitive Salary And Excellent BenefitsThe Corporate Account Support Manager supports the commercial relationship between Biffa and its Corporate clients, covering growth/development, meeting the relevant KPI''s and SLA''s compliance, customer satisfaction and retention, to ensure consistency and high quality service.Responsibilities
Supporting the Account Director and acting as an interface between the company and specific Corporate Clients, supporting strategic account plans, service success, contract compliance and retentionCarry out on site audits and deliver improvements across the portfolio as agreedCreate required reports in a timely and fit-for-purpose manner as requested by the customer and within agreed deadlinesProvide support on tenders and contract renewals across the portfolioSupport the Corporate Account Directors with the growth of the customer net earnings base and the expansion or introduction of new servicesAssist with the production and development of customer management information/reporting as agreed with your line managerOwn the gathering of supplier data that supports the reporting and invoicing needs of our customersManage pricing and customer quotations for specified contractsSupport ad hoc and administrative requirements for our customer base, as agreed with your line managerManage and deliver projects for our customers as agreed with your line managerEssential Requirements
Organisational, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skillsProficient in MS Office and general IT applicationsAbility to work independently and manage confidential information appropriatelyConfident interacting with stakeholders at all levelsAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and data interpretation skillsSolution-focused approach to problem solvingAbility to plan, prioritise, and deliver under pressureSkilled in conflict resolution and negotiationFlexible and willing to travel as requiredAbout Biffa
