Conveyancing Title Checker Location: Milton Keynes / Hybrid / Remote Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Department: Conveyancing / Legal Services About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and detail-focused Conveyancing Title Checker to join their busy property team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancing professional who enjoys the technical and analytical side of property transactions and has a strong eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and analysing property titles, searches and supporting documentation, identifying potential defects or risks, and ensuring that matters are ready to progress towards exchange and completion. The role offers flexibility to work from the client''s Milton Keynes office, on a hybrid basis, or fully remotely, depending on the successful candidate''s circumstances and experience. Key Responsibilities Title Examination Review freehold and leasehold titles, Land Registry Official Copies, title plans and supporting documentation. Assess whether title is good and marketable and identify any potential defects or areas requiring further investigation. Review registered and unregistered title issues where applicable.
