Conveyancing Title CheckerSalary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOELocation: Milton Keynes / Remote Options SJC Legal is currently working with a well-established and growing legal services business looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Title Checker to join its Residential Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancing professional who has strong technical knowledge and enjoys the title checking and legal analysis side of residential property. The position will focus on reviewing titles, searches and supporting documentation, identifying potential issues and ensuring transactions are ready to progress towards exchange and completion.
