Conveyancing Solicitor or Conveyancing Executive

to manage a reduced, high-value caseload while mentoring and supporting junior members of the team.

Candidates looking for flexibility, whether through part-time hours, condensed working weeks, or a full-time arrangement will be considered .Responsibilities

Handle a smaller but high-quality residential caseload, including sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), shared ownership, Help to Buy, and new build transactions.Provide clear legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring excellent service throughout the process.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and referrers.Support the development of junior colleagues through mentoring and day-to-day guidance.Ensure compliance with firm procedures, quality standards, CQS requirements, and SRA regulations.Qualifications

Qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, or experienced Conveyancing Executives.Strong residential conveyancing experience, ideally including exposure to new build work.Enjoy mentoring and supporting less experienced colleagues.Organised and detail-focused lawyers with excellent client care and communication skills.Flexibility in working arrangements (part-time, condensed hours, or full-time).The Offer
