We are seeking a highly experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer (3 years PQE).Job Details and Benefits:Hybrid working – ability to work from the office and from home (2 days at home, 3 in the office)Profit share arrangements – 25% of all profit for billings over £150,000Car insurance - The firm will pay up to £600 per year towards car insuranceWelfare Benefit - All employees have access to a pot of £400 per annum to be used towards health and wellbeing such as gym membership, sports club membership, glasses, dental treatment, therapy, mindfulness or private medical treatmentAnnual Staff Away Day - We have an annual staff away day which includes a meal, drinks and team activities paid for by the firmHoliday Entitlement - 25 days + bank holidays (increases over length of service up to 30 days after 5 years).Main duties and responsibilities:Responsible for handling your own caseload of residential sales and purchases, to include both freehold and leaseholdPreparing SDLT forms and preparing other transactionsProviding an excellent level of client care at all timesLiaising with clients and third partiesSupporting other members of the teamWhat we need from you:3 years PQE as a qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer.Extensive Residential property experience.Autonomous and self-sufficientDemonstrable experience of providing clients with quality advice and guidance.Strong technical and IT skills.Seniority level
