This role offers the chance to join a growing Conveyancing Department and take full ownership of a varied residential caseload. The successful candidate will benefit from a transparent profit share scheme, flexible working after probation, and excellent support from an experienced Head of Conveyancing and team.Key Responsibilities

Handling files independently from instruction to post-completion, providing full client ownership.Using Infotrack for onboarding, compliance and searches, ensuring efficiency.Supporting department growth whilst benefiting from the firm''s strong reputation and repeat client base.Contributing to a collaborative team culture with opportunities to influence processes.Requirements

Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with minimum 4 years'' PQE in residential property.Proven ability to run a caseload independently, from onboarding to completion.Confident in managing 25–30 active cases at any one time.Strong team player, motivated and self-sufficient.Hybrid working (post-probation)£400 annual welfare allowanceUp to £600 car insurance contributionGenerous holiday entitlementAnnual staff day outJob Details
