Conveyancing Paralegal
Anderson Knight is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly respected law firm in North Lanarkshire to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal.

The successful candidate will play a key role within a supportive and collaborative team, managing a varied caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters while providing exceptional service to clients throughout the transaction process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of residential and/or commercial conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.

Draft, review, and prepare a range of legal documentation, including dispositions, contracts, leases, and settlement documents.

Conduct title examinations, property searches, and due diligence investigations.

Liaise effectively with clients, lenders, estate agents, solicitors, and other third parties to ensure smooth progression of transactions.

Maintain accurate and compliant case records throughout the conveyancing process.

Assist with settlements, registrations, and post-completion matters.

Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver successful outcomes and a high standard of client care.
About You

Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal or in a similar property law role.

Strong understanding of Scottish residential and/or commercial conveyancing procedures.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused approach.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering excellent client service.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
