The Role Working alongside experienced solicitors and legal professionals, you will play a key role in managing conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring matters progress efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of service. Key Responsibilities Assist with a broad range of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions. Prepare and review legal documentation including dispositions, contracts, leases, and transfer documentation. Conduct property searches, title investigations, and due diligence.
