Trainee Conveyancing ParalegalLocation: Stirling Salary: 36,000 - 38,000 (DOE) Hours: Full Time Permanent About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring legal professional to join a busy and supportive residential conveyancing team as a Trainee Conveyancing Paralegal.You will assist in progressing residential property transactions from instruction to completion, working closely with experienced fee earners and reporting to the conveyancing partner. While this is a trainee position, prior experience within residential conveyancing is essential, and you will build on your existing knowledge within a structured and supportive environment. Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting with the management of a caseload of residential conveyancing matters under supervisionSupporting transactions including missives, title checks, searches, LBTT submissions, registrations, and completion formalitiesDrafting legal documentation such as dispositions, standard securities, and basic missives with guidanceLiaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, and estate agents in a professional and timely mannerMaintaining accurate file records in line with regulatory and internal proceduresProviding administrative and legal support to fee earners and the wider conveyancing team About YouPrevious experience in residential conveyancing within a legal environment is essential (e.g. legal assistant, paralegal, or trainee role)Strong attention to detail with good drafting and organisational ..... full job details .....
