Contracts Manager - Intumescent Division

We''re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our expanding Intumescent team in Kettering.

With a growing workload across both site-based contracts and our expanding off-site operations, this is a key appointment within the business. You''ll take responsibility for overseeing contracts from start to finish, working closely with clients, site teams, subcontractors and our internal operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Our off-site operation is already established, with further expansion planned, creating a strong platform for continued growth.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants more than simply managing existing contracts. We''re looking for a person who can bring experience, leadership and fresh ideas, while helping shape the way the division operates as it grows.

Based in Kettering, the role will involve a mixture of office, site and off-site facility management.

The right person will have:

• Previous experience managing construction or specialist coating contracts
• Strong commercial and organisational skills
• The ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving
