Contracts Manager Healthcare / Commercial Location: Leicestershire (office-based) Type: Permanent, full-time Salary: Up to £62,500 DOE + package (scope for more senior candidates) The company Our client is a well-established, growing building contractor based in Leicestershire. They deliver projects across the healthcare, education and commercial sectors, including specialist healthcare schemes for clients nationwide. The role Our client is looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of healthcare and commercial projects. You ll be someone who can keep projects, people and budgets on track without needing a lie-down afterwards. The role is pitched at intermediate level, with flexibility for more senior candidates with the right experience. What you ll be doing Managing a portfolio of projects from pre-start through to handover Leading and supporting Site Managers and site teams Planning and monitoring programmes, resources and progress Working with the commercial team to control costs and protect margins Acting as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and building long-term relationships Ensuring health, safety, quality and environmental standards are met on every site Managing subcontractors and the supply chain Visiting sites regularly and reporting progress to the directors What we re looking for Contracts Manager ..... full job details .....
