Job Description: Contracts Manager Location: Leicester Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a growing Digital Infrastructure business in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in telecoms, EV infrastructure, civil engineering or construction who is looking to take responsibility for multiple projects and frameworks across a diverse portfolio. The Role As Contracts Manager, you will oversee the contractual and commercial aspects of projects, ensuring obligations are met, risks are managed and projects are delivered successfully. Key responsibilities will include: Managing all contractual aspects of projects, including reviewing, negotiating and administering contracts Ensuring compliance with client requirements, legal standards and company policies Liaising with clients, stakeholders and internal delivery teams Providing contractual advice and support to Project Managers and delivery teams Monitoring contract performance, variations, claims and associated documentation Identifying and mitigating contractual and project delivery risks Reporting to senior leadership on contractual risks, opportunities and financial performance Supporting the preparation of tenders, bids and framework agreements Ensuring health and safety requirements are reflected within contractual obligations and delivery plans Supporting continuous improvement across contract management ..... full job details .....
