Job Title: Contracts Manager - Fire Stopping and Fire ProtectionLocation: SwanleySalary: £60k - £65k + travel allowanceCompany: Leading Main Contractor - Social Housing SectorResponsibilities

Manage fire stopping and passive fire protection projects within occupied and void social housing properties.Lead project delivery teams, including supervisors and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety.Ensure all works are completed in line with FIRAS/third-party accreditation standards and Building Regulations.Work closely with clients, housing associations, and local authorities to meet delivery expectations and KPIs.Prepare project programmes, monitor progress, and manage variations or delays.Oversee commercial aspects of contracts in collaboration with the commercial team.Drive health and safety standards on-site, conducting audits and toolbox talks where necessary.Requirements

Proven experience as a Contracts or Project Manager within the social housing sector.Strong knowledge of fire stopping, fire doors, and passive fire protection systems.Understanding of relevant compliance requirements and certification processes (e.g., FIRAS, BM TRADA).Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.Full UK Driving Licence.Fore more information, please apply within, or contact Aaron Billett at CSC ..... full job details .....
