Site Contracts Manager
Location: Ealing or Staines (Hybrid working, with regular site visits required)
Salary: £67,232-£77,500 (dependent on experience)
Contract type: Permanent (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

Do you have the drive and expertise to oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring homes are built safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards? Are you confident leading on-site delivery while balancing quality, budgets, and customer satisfaction? If so, this could be your next step.
We’re looking for a Site Contracts Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of construction projects across our operating regions. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring homes are delivered to exceptional standards, managing up to 12 developments at a time, and working closely with contractors, consultants, and colleagues to get it right first time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the delivery of Latent Defects projects across multiple sites, managing construction from appraisal to completion.
* Review specifications, drawings, and tender documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
* Monitor build quality, programme, and Health & Safety through regular site visits and meetings.
* Develop and maintain Health & Safety Plans and Risk Registers for all projects.
* Chair project meetings, producing clear minutes and reporting progress, risks, and delays.
* Work with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve issues, maintain standards, and control costs.
* Support the Head of Technical in training and developing regional construction staff.
* Collaborate with Quality Control and After Sales teams to benchmark quality, manage defects, and improve customer satisfaction.
* Provide accurate reports for monthly reviews covering Health & Safety, programme, quality, and financial performance.
More about you:
* Strong track record of delivering construction projects, with significant experience in a management role.
* Strong background in managing mixed tenure projects, including medium and high-rise schemes.
* Proven experience of delivering construction projects to high standards, within budget and on programme.
* Knowledge of different construction methods and contract types (including JCT).
* Excellent ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents.
* Strong conflict resolution skills, with a calm and professional approach.
* Proficient in using construction planning software (e.g. Asta PowerProject or Microsoft Project).
* Relevant CSCS card, full UK driving licence, and willingness to travel across our operating area.
* Associate membership of CIOB, RIBA, RICS (or similar) is desirable.
