Contracts Manager - High-End Residential, Marlow (plus Surrey, Hants, Bucks). Projects range from £2m to £8m and include luxury new builds and listed refurbishments across the South East. Your first project is a £5.5m private new build in Marlow (house, garages, party barn).Responsibilities

Programming, procurement, logistics - all the grown-up stuffWorking closely with architects, clients and site teamsManaging teams and motivating people (read: putting out fires with a smile)Bringing calm to complexity - and quality to chaosRequirements

Experience delivering high-end residential projects as a Contracts Manager or Senior PMAttention to detail and a bit of gritExperience overseeing multiple sites over time; will manage a Site Manager initially, then scale up to multiple sites across the regionStart August 2025; start ASAP may also be consideredAbout the employer
