Construction Operations Manager

About you You will be a confident and commercially aware construction professional with the ability to lead several projects and teams simultaneously. The successful candidate will have: Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager. A strong background working for a main contractor. Experience overseeing multiple live construction projects. Proven leadership and team-management ability. Strong programme awareness and the ability to identify operational risks early. A hands-on management style with regular site involvement. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. A practical and solutions-focused approach to project delivery. Desirable SMSTS, CSCS or similar construction qualifications. Experience delivering projects within live or occupied environments. Package Salary of £75,000 £85,000, depending on experience. Performance-related bonus. Company car. Private medical insurance. 28 days annual leave, including bank holidays. Permanent, full-time position.
