As Site Operations Manager, you''ll oversee safe, compliant, and commercially disciplined delivery across a renewable energy plant, playing a central part in keeping operations reliable, governance sound, and decisions genuinely well-informed. What You Will Do: - Lead the operational and technical delivery of the Management Services Agreement (MSA) for the Sleaford Renewable Energy Plant, ensuring value for the Owner.- Drive a proactive safety and risk management culture, ensuring Health, Safety, Environmental and statutory compliance across daily operations.- Manage and challenge the OandM contractor performance, holding delivery to contractual standards for availability, reliability, maintenance, and performance guarantees.- Provide robust technical oversight of plant performance, addressing defects, outages, maintenance strategy, and lifecycle risks through root-cause thinking and timely escalation.- Oversee operational governance and reporting, including KPIs, evidence-based recommendations, document control, billing support, and site administration.- Manage site operational support and transport execution within the operational model, ensuring safe, efficient and cost-effective delivery aligned with operational and fuel plans.
