Construction Customer Care Co-ordinator

Customer Care Coordinator required to join a growing and established new build, new homes, with a large percentage of social housing organisation. Hours of work will be Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm. Yearly salary is between £31,000 - £34,000.

Duties:

• Breakdown issues reported into specific defects
• Produce relevant remedial work instructions
