A Commissioning Engineer is required for a busy engineering company based in Retford.

The Commissioning Engineer will be responsible for the commissioning of electrical &
mechanical process plant, valves, instruments and equipment, ensuring compliance with design
specifications, safety standards, and operational requirements ensuring smooth client handovers.
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks based around the commissioning of processes equipment for clients predominantly within the food and beverage industry. -This role will be a mix of site based (around the UK) and workshop dependent upon the stage of relevant projects.

Candidates will have a good engineering background with a mix of both electrical and mechanical skills. Experience in commissioning, installation, and troubleshooting of electrical systems with an understanding of process and packaging industries (dairy, food, beverage, pharma, etc.). A working knowledge of health & safety and CDM regulations would be beneficial.

You must be willing to travel to client sites around the UK, as required.
