Commissioning Engineer

Commissioning Engineer to 55k Based Retford, Nottinghamshire A Commissioning Engineer is required for a busy engineering company based in Retford. The Commissioning Engineer will be responsible for the commissioning of electrical and mechanical process plant, valves, instruments and equipment, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and operational requirements ensuring smooth client handovers. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks based around the commissioning of processes equipment for clients predominantly within the food and beverage industry. This role will be a mix of site based (around the UK) and workshop dependent upon the stage of relevant projects. Candidates will have a good engineering background with a mix of both electrical and mechanical skills. Experience in commissioning, installation, and troubleshooting of electrical systems with an understanding of process and packaging industries (dairy, food, beverage, pharma, etc.). A working knowledge of health and safety and CDM regulations would be beneficial. You must be willing to travel to client sites around the UK, as required. ..... full job details .....
