The successful candidate will support fee earners across a broad range of commercial property transactions, with the opportunity to develop their own caseload under supervision.Duties will include:Supporting fee earners across a range of commercial property transactions from instruction through to completionDrafting and assisting with commercial property documentation, including CPSE replies, licences, transfer deeds and completion documentsReviewing title documents, searches and planning information and assisting with due diligenceAssisting with Reports on Title and identifying key property issuesLiaising with clients, solicitors, agents, lenders and other third partiesManaging transaction timetables and ensuring key deadlines are metAssisting with post-completion matters, including SDLT ..... full job details .....
