Commercial Property Manager 12-Month Maternity Cover About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee and maximise the performance of a diverse property and transport estate. Reporting to the Head of Facilities and Asset Management, you will play a key role in managing the organisation''s property portfolio, ensuring assets are maintained effectively, contracts are managed efficiently and commercial opportunities are identified to deliver value for money. This is a varied role combining commercial property management, asset management, facilities oversight, procurement and supplier management. You will work closely with internal teams, tenants, contractors and external partners to ensure properties are managed in line with statutory requirements, commercial objectives and organisational priorities. You will also deputise for the Head of Facilities and Asset Management when required, providing support across both operational and strategic activities. Key Responsibilities Commercial Property and Asset Management Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, transport estate assets and land. Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, Heads of Terms (HoTs) and dilapidations. Support the marketing, disposal and potential sale of assets, assessing commercial implications and opportunities.
