Senior Commercial Property Manager

Hyperion Partners is working in partnership with an established property management company to recruit an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional to take ownership of a varied commercial portfolio, oversee day-to-day property operations and play a key role in delivering a high standard of service to clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial property management, with experience in service charge administration, leasehold matters, compliance and contractor management. This role would suit someone who can work autonomously, manage competing priorities and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Key responsibilities Manage and oversee a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring buildings are maintained and operated efficiently. Take responsibility for service charge budgets, expenditure monitoring, reconciliations and financial reporting. Oversee planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and major works programmes. Monitor statutory compliance, health and safety requirements and building safety obligations. Conduct regular property inspections, identifying issues and ensuring appropriate action is taken. Manage contractors, consultants and external suppliers, monitoring performance, costs and quality of work. Maintain accurate property records, management reports and compliance documentation.
