This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced plumbing professional to join an established organisation, providing comprehensive maintenance and repair services across communal and commercial dwelling areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management, maintenance and repair of communal water distribution systems, ensuring all work is completed professionally, safely and to a high standard in accordance with current regulations and legislation. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive management and maintenance of communal water distribution systems within commercial dwellings. Diagnose plumbing faults and identify appropriate repair solutions. Source required parts and materials to complete repairs effectively. Carry out repairs and maintenance to a high professional standard. Maintain and repair hot and cold-water distribution systems. Work on communal plumbing systems and associated infrastructure. Carry out work in accordance with current regulations, legislation and health and safety requirements. Complete first-time fixes wherever possible.
