Commercial PlumberWe are looking for an experienced Commercial Plumber to join a growing building services company carrying out a varied range of plumbing and heating works across domestic and commercial properties in Kent/South-East.This is a hands-on role suited to a Commercial Plumber who is confident working independently, investigating faults and completing repairs and installations to a high standard.The RoleAs a Commercial Plumber, your responsibilities will include:Investigating leaks and carrying out repairsCompleting plumbing installations and remedial worksCarrying out isolations and drain-downs within blocks and boiler roomsRepairing and replacing radiatorsRepairing and replacing waste pipeworkDiagnosing plumbing and heating system issuesCarrying out general pipework repairs and alterationsIdentifying additional works required while on siteCompleting relevant job sheets and documentationLiaising professionally with customers and other contractorsMaintaining safe working practices at all timesThe Commercial Plumber will be expected to manage their workload effectively and take responsibility for completing works safely, efficiently and to a high standard.The PersonWe are looking for a Commercial Plumber with:NVQ Level 2 Plumbing or equivalentIdeally 8+ years'' plumbing experienceStrong commercial and domestic plumbing experienceGood knowledge of plumbing and heating systemsExperience investigating and repairing leaksExperience with radiators, pipework and waste ..... full job details .....
