Commercial Manager Location: South Woodford, East London Salary: £100,000+ per annum, depending on experience Package: £10,000 flexible benefits allowance, fuel card and pension An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Manager to join an established construction services business, taking responsibility for the commercial performance of a division with an annual turnover of approximately £40 million. This is a senior, head-office-based position offering the opportunity to lead an established commercial team, drive profitability and influence the financial and contractual performance of a substantial division. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial management, proven leadership experience and the ability to maximise financial performance across multiple projects or contracts. The Role Reporting to senior operational leadership, you will take overall responsibility for the commercial and financial management of the division, leading a team of five Quantity Surveyors and working closely with operational managers, estimating teams, procurement and other key stakeholders. Key responsibilities will include: Leading, managing and developing a team of five Quantity Surveyors. Taking ownership of divisional commercial performance, profitability and financial reporting.
