Interim Senior Commercial Manager - ICT

We''re looking for experienced Interim Senior Commercial Managers to support operational procurement across the ICT category, managing high-value tenders and delivering commercial outcomes in a fast-paced public sector environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ICT procurement activities across products and services.

  
  
  

• Manage high-value tenders using Open Procedures and CCS framework mini-competitions.

  
  
  

• Oversee multiple procurements at different stages of the lifecycle.

  
  
  

• Engage with stakeholders to ensure effective commercial delivery.

  
  
  

• Ensure compliance with public sector procurement regulations and frameworks.

  
  
  

• Support procurement across networks, infrastructure and SaaS.

  
  
  

Essential experience:

• Extensive operational procurement experience within ICT.

  
  
  

• Strong track record delivering high-value tenders.

  
  
  

• Knowledge of PCR 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023.

  
  
  

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  
  
  

• MCIPS qualification or equivalent experience desirable.

  
  
  

• Procurement Act 2023 training completed or willingness to undertake it.

  
  
  

Contract details:

• Duration: 6 months

  
  
  

• Location: Hybrid - 40% office-based

  
  
  

• Rate: -590 per day Umbrella

  
  
  

• IR35: Inside IR35

  
  
  

• Clearance: BPSS, with Parliamentary CTC clearance required before appointment
