Senior Commercial Manager Up to 130,000A leading international fa ade subcontractor with a reputation built on their expertise and delivery of high-quality facades and curtain walling solutions are seeking a capable and experienced Commercial Manager to manage a number of their large-scale projects in the Middle East.Established for over 30 years with turnover reaching more than 150m, they have continuously expanded globally with an increase in demand for their innovative projects. Projects vary in size but upwards of 25m on the largest and most high profile new builds in the UAE. Ideally you will be ready to run multiple large projects and manage the commercial team based on site.As a Commercial Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Regional Director to ensure successful delivery of various fa ade projects. You must have both facades experience and exposure to the local market to succed in this role. Your day to day responsibilities will vary from but are not limited to: Updating cost plansMeasurementsProviding written quotationsNegotiating final accountsMeeting clients and SubcontractorsInvestigate, notify, and substantiate variationsThis is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join a successful specialist contractor.
