Commercial Contracts Manager

About the Role:As a Commercial Contracts Manager, you will manage the full lifecycle of domestic commercial contracts, from negotiation and execution to delivery and closeout. You will play a vital role in supporting strategic business objectives, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and contributing to winning new work within a complex defence environment. Key Responsibilities:Lead negotiation of contract terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with business objectivesManage the full Route to Contract, including bid preparation, proposal generation, and contract agreementOversee contract delivery, amendments, renewals, and closeout, ensuring obligations are metEnsure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, including MoD standardsIdentify contractual risks and develop mitigation strategiesServe as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on contractual mattersProvide regular updates and reporting to senior management on contract status and risksManage and resolve contract disputes in collaboration with legal and other relevant teamsWhat We''re Looking For:Proven experience in commercial contract management within a defence environmentExperience drafting, negotiating, and agreeing contracts and agreementsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple contracts simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with ..... full job details .....
