Responsibilities

Overseeing a busy portfolio of asbestos removals contracts within a busy companyEnsuring smooth delivery of removals projectsMeeting clients to discuss project scopes and establish requirementsManaging teams of site operatives, allocating works, identifying areas for training and providing supportAttending sites to prepare quotations and project plansProducing thorough quotations and tendersBeing the first point of contact for clients, answering any technical or logistical queriesHighlighting any safety risks and making adjustments as necessaryPreparing method statements and risk assessmentsFostering positive working relationships with clientsNegotiating contracts with clientsTravelling to site to oversee the delivery of projects

Experience / Qualifications
