Commercial Contracts Lawyer

Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.We are currently seeking a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to work with various Axiom clients across all industries.Responsibilities

:Prepare, assess, and negotiate diverse commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, client contracts, licensing agreements, and confidentiality agreements.Provide legal counsel and guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual matters, including identifying potential risks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and mitigating legal exposure.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, procurement, and finance, to ensure contractual terms align with business objectives, negotiate favourable terms, and resolve contract-related disputes in a timely and efficient manner.Qualifications:2 to 10 years PQE in-house legal experience (directly, or as a secondee)Openness to part-time or full-time roles.Good academic credentials and post-qualification experience.Strong commercial understanding, and excellent interpersonal skills.Right to work in the UK and be eligible to practice as a lawyer in the UK.Compensation, Benefits and Location:This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, that includes health benefits, pension and more.
