in commercial contracts

to join our client, an insurance company based in

London . This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a compact and dynamic in-house legal team, supporting a key function during a period of increased demand.Key Responsibilities:Contract Drafting and Negotiation:

Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including IT/SaaS, consultancy, and procurement agreements.Public Procurement:

Advise on public procurement matters and support compliant contracting under relevant frameworks.Risk Management:

Assess legal and commercial risks and provide practical mitigation strategies.Stakeholder Collaboration:

Act as a trusted advisor across business units, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.Legal Support:

Provide pragmatic and commercially sound legal advice across a broad spectrum of legal issues.Required Experience:Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales).Strong experience in

commercial contracting , with specific exposure to

public procurement agreements
