Key areas of responsibility include:Ensure accuracy, efficiency and professionalism when dealing with both client and insurer and conducting related administration work i.e. New business, Renewals, Mid Term Adjustments, Claims. Ensure all business activity fully complies with FCA regulatory requirements and internal Conduct Policies and procedures. Handle client complaints in line with regulatory requirements and the Company''s Conduct Policy, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution. Participate in the Training and Competence (TandC) scheme in accordance with role requirements, maintaining competency and proactively identifying areas for personal development.
