Account Handler - Commercial InsuranceThe roleManaging renewals, mid-term adjustments and new business enquiriesGrow and develop commercial Insurance business, via telephone, Teams and on a face to face basis, or attending client premises, be that New Business or cross selling cover via existing client base.Handling inbound and outbound calls with clients and insurersSupporting Account Directors with placement and client servicingBuilding and maintaining strong, long-term client relationshipsEnsuring accurate documentation and compliance standardsSupporting with claims queries (basic claims knowledge beneficial)Working across a variety of trades and sectors including, Construction, Property Owners, Hospitality, Retail, Leisure and Manufacturing.About youExperience within commercial insurance (broker background preferred)Confident communicator with a client-focused approachStrong organisational skills and attention to detailProactive and service-driven mindsetActuris experience beneficial but not essentialCert CII (or working towards) beneficialBasic claims knowledge beneficialThe ClientIndependent, relationship-led brokerExposure to a range of commercial clients and risksCollaborative, growing teamOpportunity to develop and progress within the ..... full job details .....
