Broker Support / Account HandlerJob Market - Energy / ReinsuranceBroker Support / Account Handler - About the roleSupports the Energy Broking team to deliver an excellent and comprehensive service in the administration of new business, renewal and mid-term changes so that Clients'' needs are best satisfied.Broker Support / Account Handler - Key dutiesDevelop strong relationships with immediate team and Divisional teamsDeal with incoming enquiries from clients, insurers and third partiesDeal with client renewals and mid-term adjustmentsBehave with all clients (both internal and external) fairly and ethicallyMaintain an appropriate group of preferred markets in each area of activityMaintain any ongoing delegated authority contracts appropriately and cost effectivelyAssist in the creation of comprehensive client broking and other types of documentsProcessing of slips, quotes, indications and endorsementsTechnical duties (including data entry, credit control, chasing subjectivities)Assist in planning the most appropriate insurance programme for the client''s demands and needs Organise files and electronic records.
