M365 Copilot Adoption Lead - Hertfordshire (Rollout from a licence deployment into a structured productivity and capability programme) You will lead the adoption, enablement, and value realisation of Microsoft 365 Copilot across Group. Sector - Energy/Utilities/Telecoms - 15,000 plus employees Based in Stevenage/hybrid working Inside IR35 - six month contract - start 28th of Sept You will help turn the Copilot rollout from a licence deployment into a structured productivity and capability programme, ensuring the right users receive the right support, training, communications, use cases, governance, and feedback loops. You will work with the AI Portfolio Manager, AI Enablement and Adoption Lead, AI Solutions Lead, Technology teams, Microsoft partners, LandD, Communications, Security, Data Governance, and business sponsors to drive safe, measurable adoption of Copilot. You will help define personas, prioritise cohorts, build champions, capture use cases, monitor usage, gather feedback, and evidence value. You will own day-to-day Copilot adoption planning, cohort readiness, training coordination, user engagement, champions support, communications input, use-case development, feedback collection, adoption measurement, and benefit tracking. You will support the migration away from MAGI (our in-house AI tool), help users understand the approved Copilot approach, and work with partners to ensure rollout activity is practical, safe, and measurable.
