Prospero Teaching is working with a highly regarded secondary academy in Waltham Abbey and is seeking confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join their team on a day-to-day, short-term, and long-term basis.

• Supervising classes across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher.
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students remain on task.
• Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials.
• Supporting students with their learning and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Upholding school policies and procedures at all times.

• Previous experience working with young people is desirable.
• Confident managing groups of students in a classroom setting.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• Reliable, professional, and adaptable.
• Degree educated or aspiring to pursue a career in teaching (desirable).
