Cnc Programmer Late Shift

Late Shift CNC Turner, Programmer My client is a well established machine shop based in Leighton Buzzard, who, as part of their expansion are seeking an experienced CNC programmer who can write new CNC programs from scratch using G code programming. This is a permanent late shift role working a 4 day week Monday to Thursday every Friday off. Monday to Wednesday 4.30 pm to 3.30 am Thursday 4.30 pm to 1 am. CANDIDATES MUST BE HAPPY WITH THESE HOURS. The role responsibilities include:- Writing CNC programs from scratch Confidently completing the full machine set from engineering drawings to finished component including material, tooling, speeds, feeds, cutting conditions etc Editing existing programs Reading Engineering drawings, geometric tolerances, surface finishes and inspection of final goods Doing Test cuts and time studies on behalf of the clients Use of Fanuc Working in a small team but this is a permanent Late Shift role.
