An established high-precision manufacturing company based in Maldon is seeking a talented CNC Programmer Setter to join their expanding engineering team. Manufacturing top-tier components and assemblies for diverse industries across the UK, they offer a dynamic environment for dedicated engineering professionals. Duties:Efficiently program and set up milling machines in line with job specifications.Manufacture high-precision components directly from technical drawings.Perform thorough self-inspections to ensure all finished parts strictly meet tight tolerances.Write, edit, and optimize programs while preparing machinery based on works orders. Experience required:Experience of programming, setting, and operating milling machinery.Hands-on proficiency with Siemens Shopmill and Heidenhain controls.Ability to interpret and work from detailed technical engineering drawings.Hands-on experience with Fusion 360 CAD/CAM software is advantageous.Strong attention to detail, proactive work style, and a desire to progress professionally.
